Steps to Purchase
Step 1: Do your research!
Gain an understanding on the current market and decide the reasons you want to invest in precious metals. Are you looking to protect your savings? Are you looking to diversify your financial portfolio? Are you simply wanting to collect sovereigns? Once you have decided this, it’ll be a much easier process in choosing the product to purchase.
Step 2: Find your bullion
Gold, silver, platinum or palladium. Bars or coins. Browse by category or use our search tool to find exactly what you are looking for.
Step 3: Add to your basket
Once you have found your desired product, decide on the quantity and add to basket! This will lock in your purchase price for up to 5 minutes. If you take longer than 5 minutes to finalise your purchase, the product price will be updated with the live rate.
Step 4: Create an account
Before you can make a purchase at BuyBullion24 we require our customers to create an account. This ensures high security transactions, and simple repeat purchases.

At BuyBullion24 we offer an array of delivery options to suit your requests. Standard delivery fully insured is provided to all of our customers free of charge. Please note that in order to guarantee next day delivery, orders must be placed by 3pm GMT.
Step 6: Select your payment method
Make your purchase payment with the option most convenient to you.
Debit or credit card: This option can be used for transactions of up to £5,000 for credit cards and up to £30,000 for debit cards. We accept Visa, Maestro, and MasterCard.
Bank transfer: Upon order confirmation, if you have selected bank transfer as your payment option, you will receive payment request details within your order confirmation. Order dispatch will not be completed until funds are received and if they are not received within 48 hours of order confirmation, your order will be cancelled.
Cheques: Product dispatch of your order will be completed 5 working days after customer cheque is received in order to guarantee funds clearing.

Step 8: Security checks
On orders of over £5,000 BuyBullion24 must do security checks on all of their clients, such uploading a form of identification.
Step 9: Order confirmation
Once you have clicked “confirm” you will receive an order confirmation emailing details your order summary and delivery details. Upon dispatch of your product, you will receive an additional email for order tracking.
Step 10: Delivery!
Upon dispatch of your bullion order, BuyBullion24 will email you a shipping confirmation alongside a tracking code. This will allow you to follow your orders journey every step of the way.
A signature upon delivery will be required to ensure recipient collection.
