We aim to make buying gold as hassle free as possible. You can purchase via our website by selecting which type of metal you want to buy, whether you want bars or coins, or you can select by weight, quantity, and price. Once you have added these to your basket and completed the payment and shipping information, we will sort out the rest!

Anyone can invest in gold bullion – your purchase can be from as little as 1 gram to a 1-kilogram bar. There is no minimum or maximum order. You can buy bullion in two main forms – coins or ingots (bars). The advantage of coins over gold bars is that they allow you to be more flexible.

All of our prices on the website include postage and packaging. Goods are sent by tracked delivery, requiring a signature upon delivery. Alternatively, you can collect your Bullion from our Office Site by a pre-arranged appointment (please note that Bullion is not kept on site for security reasons)

All of our orders are sent with a receipt and are insured. We will dispatch the goods within 24-48 hours of receiving your payment. We will send you an email to confirm that your products have been dispatched.

We are able to ship abroad to addresses outside the UK. This includes the Channel Islands.

The shipping address must address the billing address provided to us. In order to prevent any fraudulent activity, we are unable to change the shipping address once the order has been placed

You will receive a confirmation email after placing your order, and after dispatching the goods. This will let you know how many days the delivery will take and when you can expect it to arrive. Additionally, we’ll usually give you a call to confirm your order and let you know an estimated timeline over the phone.

If you are out when the delivery arrives, the courier will leave a card detailing how to arrange a redelivery at a time that suits you. Rest assured that your parcel will remain insured until you have signed to confirm it is in your possession.

We are able to send goods for next day delivery provided that we receive your payment by 2pm on the day that you order the goods, provided that we have them in stock.

We use the ‘ePDQ’ payment system for all online payments, which accepts both debit and credit cards. This is limited to payments of £5000 on credit cards, and £30,000 on debit cards. Please note this limit may change.

When we receive your funds, we will send you a confirmation email. We require immediate payment for goods and reserve the right to cancel any orders that do not meet these conditions.

Under current UK and EU guidelines, VAT is not payable on investment gold. However, silver bullion is subject to VAT at a rate of 20%.

Please note, Alternative VAT rates may be applicable for customers from the Channel Islands.

We will request identification in certain cases, to verify purchases, in particular for large orders. This might include photographic ID such as a passport or driving license.

Where we are unable to verify the address that you provided to us, we may ask for a bill or bank statement to prove this.

Due to the nature of the metals market, the price of our products continuously fluctuates to reflect such changes in the market

Our prices reflect the premiums that we have to pay as an independent seller rather than a large bank, at whom the market price is aimed. This means that we have additional fees such as transportation and insurance. Our prices also include postage and packaging.

The products that come with an assay certificate are detailed as such on our website. These will usually be smaller bars, and you will be able to see which have a certificate when placing your order.
