The firm is based primarily in Kobe City, Japan, but also operates in the US, Canada, Mexico, and Chile. Asahi have been approved LBMA refiners of their own accord since 2008 - seven years before they acquired Johnson Matthey. They have over 200 years of experience in producing high quality precious metals.
